Bespoke Care Plans
We will create a bespoke car plan to tailor your needs specifically without generalising your care. Each persons care plan is individual to them only and is not created from templates this ensures that we can go to the extreme lengths to ensure your care is ideal.
FREE Welfare & Wellbeing Checks
All our service users receive complementary welfare checks and well-being calls once the services have started. Furthermore, the registered care manager will introduce herself and initialise the care for the first week so you can be put at ease and ask all the questions you wish.
Fully Trained Healthcare Assistants
ALL our Healthcare Assistants are FULLY trained and have been put through intense recruitment and training. All staff are DBS checked, background checked, referenced and have completed Mandatory Training and Care Certificate.
